[VII-84] Early damage recovery of earthquake using concrete mass derived from earthquake for fishing ground and an increase of fish production
Keywords:Earthquake, Concrete mass, Artificial sea-mount, Pre reconstruction, Food production, National resilience
The amount of concrete mass generated by the Tokyo Inland Earthquake and the Nankai Trough Earthquake is estimated to be 64.33 million tons and 168.63 million tons, respectively. Concrete mass that can not be reduced in volume are planned to be recycled as recycled crushed stone after sorting and crushing. However, this treatment alone requires a huge amount of time, area and cost for processing, which delays restoration and reconstruction. In this paper, concrete mass is divided into blocks of weight and size that can be transported without breaking as much as possible. And we propose this for a public project to increase fish and shellfish in the sea.
