Initiatives of Infrastructure Maintenance Educational Center was selected by MEXT as a core base of the project to build a sustainable industry-academia joint human resource development system, Nationwide expansion of practical teacher training and utilization system for promoting practical education such as recurrent education, Society 5.0 Advanced Human Resource Development Project.

This paper gives an overview of training program of practical educator, developed by this initiative.
