This study investigate the influence of reinforcement arrangement, bounary conditions, reinforcing method on RC columns subjected to reversal cyclic load. Nonlinear FE analysis (code COM3) is used. The results suggested that the effect of reinorcement arrangement is relatively smaller than the effect of boundary condition. Furthermore, it is suggested that fixing method of steel plate has impact on the retrofitting effect.
