[CS14-04] Practical Use of BIM / CIM Model with Construction Information for Construction Management

We built two systems that the BIM / CIM model was added to the construction information as an attribute and that can be expected to be actively used in the maintenance phase. The first is a system that collectively assigns the construction records to BIM / CIM model as attributes. The second is a system that associates BIM / CIM models with the quality records using the link function of a personal computer.
This system is characterized by the fact that the construction record data is used after being converted to csv data, and that there is no restriction on data specifications by linking the quality records to the explorer folder of a personal computer and is highly versatile.
