In general, most construction CIMs create a 3D CAD model of the target structure and add attribute information to the 3D model. However, there are few cases where CIM is applied to works related to existing structures such as repair works. It isn’t clear whether it is necessary to reproduce the structure as a 3D CAD model as in the construction work. In the tunnel repair work, the specification of the CIM model for the existing structure and the method of adding attribute information such as repair information were examined, and the effect of the CIM was verified on site.
