[CS14-21] Study of New type replaceable precast concrete block

Precast (PCa) concrete members are being promoted as a measure to improve construction productivity, but many of them are incapable for replacement of deteriorated members.
Here, the main purpose of the study is to improve productivity, and to devise a replaceable and versatile PCa member.
By combining PCa members like a LEGO block, we devised a shape that enables assembly and removal.
Based on the basic straight line parts, the base parts and corner parts that can connect them are combined to make it possible to configure the shape of the rahmen structure, beams and columns.
The size of the members is 1.0m x 1.0m x 4.0m weighting approx. 9.8 tons ,enabling it to be transported by a 10tones truck.
