In the river business, ICT work is being performed mainly on earthworks for excavation of river channels to improve productivity.However, there are some issues with ICT construction, such as creating a 3D model required for ICT construction equipment from 2D drawings.In this paper, in order to promote the introduction of 3D design at the design stage, information exchange between construction industry stakeholders and government and academic stakeholders was conducted, solutions were examined, and implementation of 3D design and trial of ICT construction were conducted.
