In promoting BIM / CIM, sufficient understanding on model creation and utilization has not been obtained. BIM / CIM management was implemented not only for construction but also for future use in surrounding areas. The necessity of future BIM / CIM management work was examined from the examples, and it was suggested that the management work was necessary.
