As skilled workers as well as yonger workers joining in construction industly are decreasing in recent years, ensuring the expertise of skilled workers is now a big challenge.In this regard, it is highly beneficial to support less experienced workers in terms of prediction of face collapse of tunnels using AI.However, skilled expertise in this realm larged depend on skills and experience of experienced foremen, therefore those expertise must be degitalyed by mechanical learning.This paper stipulates a experimental way of digitaling these experience through interview skilled foremen working in several ongoing tunnel excavation projects.
