In the era of population decline, the lack of civil engineers has become a major problem in times of disaster. Regarding infrastructure maintenance, it is difficult to secure a sufficient number of engineers. At present, the local government has prepared a comprehensive management plan for public facilities several years ago, and is now entering the implementation stage based on it. Therefore, in this paper, we examined the effectiveness of PPP / PFI projects that will become active in the future, and examined the form of PPP / PFI in which the local construction industry participates.
