中部地方整備局愛知国道事務所では、建設業の担い手確保の一環として、女性技術者の建設業での活躍推進に取り組んでおり、建設会社、設計会社、行政の女性技術者から構成される「けんせつ小町・チーム“愛”」を結成し、建設業の職場環境の改善や体制・制度の拡充を目的とした勉強会や学生への就職支援活動等を展開。令和元年度は「全ての人が長く働ける建設業を目指して」をテーマに意見交換を重ね、意見集をとりまとめた。
