At Innoshima Ohashi, the steel girder bearings directly below the open grating are likely to corrode due to the flow of corrosion factors.Therefore, we are considering blocking the open grating in the future. Previous studies have shown that Innoshima Ohashi does not satisfy the wind stability when the open grating is closed, so a wind tunnel test was performed on a two-degree-of-freedom spring-supported partial model. The effect of the height of the fall prevention plate and the installation of the center barrier on wind stability was examined, and the flutter analysis was performed in the direction of the bridge axis.
