According to the pipeline damage survey after the earthquake, it is reported that many cracks are found in the vicinity of the pipeline damage site on the ground where lateral flow has occurred. Therefore, in this study, we estimated the amount of permanent ground displacement, which is the largest cause of local ground deformation, and examined the improvement of the accuracy of the currently proposed method for estimating the permanent ground displacement.
