駿河海岸、富士海岸蒲原工区においてこれまでに15基の有脚式離岸堤を整備してきた。本施設は波浪条件に厳しい沿岸域において、広い静穏域を創出するとともに海浜を安定化させる機能を有しているが、本稿では、整備開始より約３０年が経過した中でその効果と課題についてとりまとめたものである。
