Keywords:Numerical simulation, River-runup of tsunami, Akita prefecture, Central Japan Sea Earthquake, Sensitivity analysis

In the Pacific coast of Tohoku Earthquake, Inland were damaged by tsunami since it ran up and banks were overflowed so measures are needed. However, there are not many data of tsunami in Japan Sea so measures were not conducted. Therefore, numerical simulations using data of Central Japan Sea Earthquake were performed with Takogawa River in Akita and invaded area were compared with actual area. As a result, invaded area matched with actual area and it was found that inland was invaded directly. Moreover, simulation was performed with different wave profile. Then, it was found that invaded area on actual profile mostly matched comparing with different profiles.
