It is desirable to monitor an inhabiting fish phase to show an effect of the naturalized species extermination. In this report, We compare the fishing with a seine fish phase detection by a capture investigation and the environmental DNA analysis to depend in Shirokita wand and report the result that considered about a utilization method to future monitoring.
