In this report, the coefficient of hydraulic permeability of the viscous ground near the tip of the embedding was compared by the element test between the constant and non-repeated history and the post-earthquake after the repetition history. As a result, it was found that the hydraulic conductivity was hardly changed even after the repeated shear strain history.
