本報告では，内空の変位収束が確認されて長時間経過した後にトンネルの片側側壁が大きく変形した事例について，その推定メカニズムを地山性状の観点から報告する．変状の状況から，当初掘削の際の縫い返し時には自立していた粘土帯が時間経過とともにトンネル内空側に押し出されるように塑性変形したと考えられる．
