[III-236] Development of creep model applying Hoek-Brown failure criterion

Creep models have been developed to predict deformation of squeezing the construction of mountain tunnels and rising of the bottom during operation. In order to improve the accuracy of the model, a failure criterion by Hoek & Brown was applied. As a result of the trial calculation, it was determined that the formulation and coding for applying the HB fracture criterion were performed properly.
