The RTK-GNSS, one of the GNSS positioning systems, can measure displacements in mm units by applying the 24-hour population moving average method1) to measurement data. However, it takes 24 hours to obtain the amount of generated displacement, which makes it difficult to apply it to cases where quick response is required in landslide management. In this paper, based on the results of the RTK-GNSS forced displacement experiment, we examined a method to detect displacement earlier than 24 hours from the population moving average.
