2019年10月に大阪市此花区桜島の安治川右岸の護岸変状の原因究明のために地盤調査を行った。この内No.4ボーリング地点では，沖積粘土Ma13層，洪積粘土Ma12層の乱れの少ない試料をサンプリングした。本稿では，土質試験によってMa13層，Ma12層の土質特性（物理，圧密，強度特性）の詳細を調べた結果を報告する。
