[III-11] A proposal on the unified design method of grating crib works –about using weight of frame material

Spray grating crib works for steep slopes is often used in combination with prevention works in addition to stand-alone works. The required preventive force and arrangement of prevention works are determined based on the stability analysis of the target slope, but the method differs slightly depending on the prefecture or its department. Focusing on the handling of the weight of the frame material in slope stability analysis, which is one of the main differences, the differences between prefectures and relevant departments are explained, and the results of logical verification of the concept of each design method are shown. The private plan about the unification setting method was described.
