[IV-167] Research on the Actual Situation of the Central Urban Area in Population Increased Area After Great Earthquake

The purpose of this study is to clarify the change of land use targeted to Onahama central urban area in Iwaki city. This area is planed to the center of wide area in city planning master plan, and the environmental has changed significantly after East-Japan earthquake with the build of large city facilities as the symbol of reconstruction of city affected by earthquakes and tsunamis. So, we researched the land use per site unit, researched and analyzed the change from before the earthquake with town map in applicable year. As a result, we could derive the pattern of land use per site unit and block unit, and could clarify the characteristics of land use as block unit and all of the central urban area.
