[IV-179] A Basic Study on Evaluation Method of Emergency Relief Logistics Using Genetic Algorithm

After a large-scale earthquake, Emergency Relief Logistics is performed. There is a need for evaluation method of truck delivery plans in order to transport relief aid properly from storage sites to evacuation sites. In this study, a basic study was conducted, on the evaluation method of the ERL for the part to be delivered from the storage site using the genetic algorithm. Comparing two case studies such as a case which takes the priority to "efficiency", and a case which takes the priority to "sufficiency", in part of Kochi city and Ino town as example, the latter increased value related to the average path length compared to the former, while value related to the shortage was decreased.
