[V-93] Flexural performance of Porosity free concrete (PFC) panels reinforced with various fibers
Keywords:Porosity free concrete, Ultra high strength, Fiber reinforcement, Fresh properties, Strength properties, Bending performance
In recent years, PFC (Porosity Free Concrete), which achieves ultra-high strength of about 400N / mm2 by casting, has been developed and is expected to be used for structures. PFCs with extremely high compressive strength can only be put to practical use by reinforcing the matrix with short fibers. In this study, panels were manufactured at a product factory using PFC reinforced with two types of fibers. As a result of the loading test, it was confirmed that the maximum load was exhibited by the PFC using steel fibers, and the value was about twice that of the UFC using steel fibers. The value of PFC using bundled aramid fiber was equivalent to that of UFC using steel fiber.
