Seismic reinforcement of tanks inside the building managed to be below freezing was performed using cement-based materials. During construction, the room temperature is below freezing, and the distance from the indoor entrance to the tank is about 60 m. Therefore, we adopted a spraying method that is a cement-based repair material that cures even in a -10 ° C environment and can be pumped over a long distance from the mixing and mixing site. In the test construction, the workability and hardening properties of the mortar and the temperature of the tank contents were measured.
