As a countermeasure to suppress thermal cracking, cold or hot water is passed through a water pipe placed in the member according to the rise or fall in temperature of the skeleton concrete to control the skeleton temperature by cooling and heating. In this report, we evaluated the effect of cold and hot water flow method using a full-scale test specimen. As a result, cracks occurred in the test specimens to which this method was not applied. On the other hand, in the test specimens to which this method was applied, the generation of harmful stress was suppressed by controlling the temperature of the skeleton, and no cracks were generated. The high crack suppression effect of this method was confirmed.
