Durable concrete using blast-furnace slag fine aggregate was used for solar panel basis pile in a constructed large-scale photovoltaic generation place in Inland Sea of Seto area. This power plant is a photovoltaic generation place by the maximum level in about 235 MW of output of power generation (direct current). Damage from salt water-proof and sulfate resistance were requested of the concrete used for solar panel basis pile because a building place was the salt field site. Durable concrete using blast-furnace slag fine aggregate can restrain the amount of emission of CO2 compared with normal concrete, and contribution is also the possible material in environmental load reduction.
