In order to improve productivity and realize a variety of designs, an RC structure using shotcrete using mortar embedded forms manufactured by a 3D printer was invented. The purpose of this study was to investigate the basic structural characteristics of this structure. A monotonic bending shear loading experiment and FEM analysis of two types of beams were performed, and the differences from ordinary RC members were considered.
Experiments and analyzes have revealed that this structure can be realized as a structure, and also revealed the problem that it cannot be designed in the same way as an ordinary RC structure.
