北海道のオホーツク地域の結氷する河川の直立護岸（コンクリート矢板構造）において、建設から30～40年が経過した現在、主鉄筋と平行なひび割れ、コンクリートの剥離剥落、および鉄筋露出などの変状が、矢板凸部の水面付近に生じている。本報では、これらの変状の発生要因が凍害であると推定し、建設当時の配合および配筋を模して凍結融解試験を行った結果について報告する。
