When deformed pavement to be repaired as road improvement work, measurement for pavement condition to be conducted in advance and cutting amount to be calculated, which has matters in terms of time and manpower. In order to reduce the cost and improve the work productivity, we installed IMU to inspection vehicle which make single lane relative 3D visualized and measured absolute transversal shape for multilane by studying inclination of the vehicle. Road image is synchronized to IMU data with time and height information is related to inclination for Roll amount of IMU. We measured the absolute shape based on these data and confirmed there was few gap in comparison with fixed laser scanner data.
