[V-408] 3D imaging of pore structure by FIB-SEM

In order to obtain high accuracy 3D information of pore structure of HCP, we studied about observation method of sample that is a problem applying FIB-SEM to HCP. As a result, we confirmed that the drift of image due to moisture dispersion from sample can be prevented by applying Pick-up method to collect sample and high accuracy 3D image can be obtained.
