The Tokyo Gaikan Expressway is connected to each expressway and is one of the important routes as a network road in the Tokyo metropolitan area. 28 years have passed since The Tokyo Gaikan Expressway was opened in 1992, and damage has progressed. The Misato Management Office, which is in charge of the maintenance of The Tokyo Gaikan Expressway, is carrying out repairs and reinforcements as needed.
This report describes the efforts of steel fiber reinforced concrete pavement work to improve the fatigue durability of steel slabs.
