[VI-88] Construction of dam energy damper side wall using precast block

At Nagayasuguchi Dam, dam renovation work is underway to add two spillway gates.energy damper will be constructed downstream of the dam with the additional gates. The construction work of the energy damper is the operation while operating the existing dam,it will be constructed only for a limited period during the non-flooding season. Therefore, in order to secure the project schedule, the structure of the side wall of the energy damper, a precast block was adopted on the side wall of the energy damper for the purpose of shortening the process.
