This project will replace the 300m high-speed Daishibashi that crosses the Tama River as part of a large-scale renewal project for the Metropolitan Expressway. In this paper, we report the demolition work of the existing pier due to the rebuilding of the overland pier, which was carried out under extremely severe constraints.
