It is important to properly evaluate hardware that affects pedestrian rambling in city center, but the evaluation requires considerable expertise. Improving pedestrian rambling requires the cooperation of various stakeholders such as public space managers, real estate owners, shop owners and local residents. It is necessary to develop evaluation indexes that can be easily handled. This study proposes a comprehensive evaluation indexes for hardware that affects pedestrian rambling, which indexes can be used and collaborated by citizens without expertise.
