The construction position developed land for a hill country of 0-50m above sea level to current 5m above sea level at the time of the first unit construction, but part of coal storage facilities construction position center neighborhood was in condition to have buried the valley region where viscous soil containing the organic soil deposited (maximum GL-11m). We constructed it in INSEM (IN-situ Stabilized Excavated Material) method of construction as a method to improve the soft soil of the valley part by a disposal of foundation ground method by this construction.
