銀座線浅草駅において、交通弱者対策（バリアフリー）の一環として、地上から地下３階までのエレベーターを新設するとともに、ホーム階の地下2階から都営線乗換通路階の地下3階までのエレベーターを新設し、銀座線下越しのエレベーター連絡通路の設置を行う工事である。銀座線下越しの連絡通路、新設エレベーターの止水対策及び地盤強化のため地盤改良を行った。地盤改良を銀座線軌道分岐器直下にて行うため、地盤改良により分岐器を変状させないための施工方法を報告する。
