[VI-455] Loosening test of rustproof bolt and nut cap

As a verification test for loosening, and cracking of bolt and nut rust prevention caps, NAS vibration test (US Aerospace Standard: NAS3350) with and without rubber packing, and difference in the number of extra threads to be fastened was performed.

As a result, it is considered to pass the NAS vibration test if it has rubber packing, and the number of fastening threads is 2 or more.
