直杭式桟橋の鋼管杭補修工事においては，事前の調査・補修設計の段階で想定していなかった，または，想定以上に貫通孔が発生していた場合に，事前の補修設計で選定された工法が適用できないという課題がある．この解決策のひとつとして，補修工事のための調査・補修設計の際に，貫通孔が発生していることを想定し，あらかじめ対策工法を検討しておくことで，補修工事の際に補修工法の再選定に要する時間のロスを防げることが考えられる．本検討では，上述の課題を解決するために，補修工法の再選定を簡易化する手法を提案した．
