It is getting very difficult to secure staff due to falling birthrate and aging society in Japan.

This problem is common among government, industry and academia, so we started a project to introduce fascination and worthwhile of Civil Engineering to improve student’s (under high school) recognition. This project could change student’s career decision.
This report is an introduction of this project.
