Optimization of the method of transporting injection material into voids behind the lining in railway tunnels
There are voids between the lining and the ground in the tunnel. We are working to fill the void with grout injection material. Injecting material is transported from a plant installed outside the tunnel to the inside by piping, or is transported by a maintenance car. However, because the above-mentioned method is sometimes difficult, a method was established in which a plant is loaded on a truck to produce an injection material outside the tunnel, and then transported by a push car. This section introduces the results of quality confirmation and construction status.
