[VI-1023] Track switching plan for wiring improvement at Shin-Tsurumi signal station

The Shin-Tsurumi Signal Station is a signal station where the Tokaido Freight Line and the Musashino Line branch, and about 60 round trips / day trains operate. Since the start of JR, the importance of routes has increased. At present, the Tokaido Freight Line and the Musashino Line cross at the Shinagawa and Nishi-Funabashi lines. Therefore, the degree of freedom and flexibility of the diamond setting are improved by adding lines. For the extension of the track, the switching work (STEP1 to STEP4) was planned with the insertion and removal of two sets of turnouts as long-term work with the train interval expanded. This time, we describe the construction plan and risk measures for STEP3 line switching.
