[VI-1105] Development and introduction of a new Shinkansen Tunnel Lining Scanning Car
Keywords:Tunnel inspection, Measuring car, Crack extraction, Light-section method
In 2000, we introduced a “Tunnel Lining Scanning Car (TuLIS)” that can record the state of deformation such as cracks on the tunnel lining surface as an image in order to accurately grasp the position, shape, and temporal change of the deformation. In response to the aging of the car, we have developed and introduced a new vehicle that can acquire data with higher precision and higher speed than before, and that additionally has an automatic crack extraction function.
