[VI-1036] Improvement of steel pipe pile installation method under narrow condition

Steel pipe pile installation by inner excavation and cement mortar injection method was adopted as foundation of railway elevated structure. However, it became impossible to continue this method, because hard cohesive soil resist screw of pile driving machine to rotate. Though Several methods are considered to clear this problem, as change the machine larger scale, narrow space condition rejects those to be adopted. We decided to cut the pipes as half-length and carry out the soil from pipe frequency. Cutted pipes are followed by welding on site. It reduced load of screw to rotate the soil, and pile installation has completed.
