[VI-1078] Study on construction simulator function requirement arrangement for examinant of process progress data standard draft

To realize automatic construction at earthworks, it is effective to develop a construction setup support AI. It will
require a large amount of learning data. In order
to accumulate the data and improve the utilization environment, we began to
consider a data standard draft of data such as changing topography, input
equipment and weather, etc. (called “process progress data”). In
addition, it is necessary to simultaneously implement a construction simulator
that serves as the operation base of the AI and in the process, we think that
suggestions regarding process progress data can be obtained. We report the arrangement of functional requirements for realizing the simulator.
