Keywords:Nitrous Acid Ion, Diffusion, Diffusion Coefficient, Preventive Maintenance, Surface Impregnation

Of the surface impregnation materials used as a countermeasure against salt damage to reinforced concrete, few examples have quantitatively evaluated the diffusion phenomenon of nitrite ions. For this reason, the timing and amount of application of the surface impregnation material are not clear. Therefore, the diffusion phenomena of nitrite ion were confirmed using various specimens, and finally the magnitude of the diffusion coefficient was considered.
