[VI-719] A Study on Damage Condition of RC Slab with Combined Traffic Load and Material Deterioration
Keywords:Reinforced concrete slab, Maintenance, Research, Complex deterioration
Damage to RC slabs on road bridges can be broadly classified into "fatigue damage due to repeated operation of large vehicles" and "damage due to environmental conditions in the construction area". However, RC slabs are heavily damaged on routes with a traffic volume (axle load equivalent to a cumulative 10 tonnes) of less than 30 million axles and a chloride content of less than 1.2 kg / m3. It has been reported that there are many bridges for RC slab replacement. Damage to this type of RC slab is believed to be different from the normal damage progression process. Therefore, we report basic findings to clarify the damage situation.
