[S04B-03] Unified diagram on sand waves using depth–wavelength ratio

Parameters for diagram on sand waves have been studied for each sand wave because it is difficult to measure vertical profile on sand waves in total width and one wavelength. Therefore, there is no unified parameter for diagram including all kinds of sand waves. The present study made a diagram using depth/wavelength and depth/width based on small amplitude theory. A good agreement between sand waves pattern and depth/wavelength. Moreover, flow pattern which is shallow water flow or not, could be estimated using the diagram.
