In PML (Probable Maximum Loss) of construction and a fixed property, an earthquake motion different in a damage probability is than ground property. So, by this research, then failure data of mountain slopes due to the shake of several earthquakes in Japan, it met the ground property by the size of the earthquake motion, it ask for an SFC (Seismic Fragility Curve) for risk analysis.
